About Us

Our Story

Crown Realty Services was founded by Angela Asadoorian in 1991.  After working for Cambridge Realty, sales leaders in the community for 22 years, the market place had changed and there was room for new Brokerages and new visions in the community.
By 1996, the landscape had changed again, and Royal LePage Canada offered it's first franchises for sale.  Crown was quick to jump at the opportunity and were the 9th Broker Owned franchise in Canada. Today there are over 600 offices, with over 18,000 REALTORS from coast to coast.
Royal LePage Crown Realty Services has a reputation of professionalism and high ethics.  Our agents lead with service and skill when working with Buyers and Sellers.  We have been fortunate to work with local leaders in the Commercial/Industrial/Investment sector of the  market and can assist our clientele across a broad spectrum of real estate.
In 2017, Royal LePage Crown Realty Services grew again with the local acquisition of a second Royal LePage, which clearly established the brokerage as a local sales leader.
Our 55 REALTORS are all full time professionals who work daily, in our local marketplace and are available for advice on schools, neighborhoods and pricing.
Why do we suggest you shop local?  Sure, anyone in Ontario can sell you a house in Waterloo Region.  But really understanding our neighbourhoods, commtes, builder's history, or maybe previous contamination issues are all hidden situations that only a local expert can guide you on.
We consider Cambridge, ( now we describe neighbourhoods of Galt, Preston and Hespeler) Kitchener and Waterloo to be our primary trade area.  Ayr, St George, Paris, Puslinch and North Dumfries are all part of the country side we serve.  Our agents live  and work as well in Brantford and Guelph and we can help you in those communities too.
Finally, our brand uses leading technology tools .  It is how we will continue to win the marketplace.   The rapidly changing needs and wants of the real estate consumer is where we seek understanding and how we have shaped our services, our marketing and our training programs. We are closing the gap between traditional business and automated systems.   But we don't believe in tech for tech's sake.It must be truly useful. At Royal LePage we introduce technologies only if they pass this test - will it drive additional services to our clients, will it open the world of real estate to make the process more efficient?
We may be a part of the countries largest real estate firm, but we are still part of a very exclusive club:  our professionals make up only 14% of the industry across Canada, yet we are at the table for over 35% of all transactions.  Our Royal LePager's sell much more real estate than the typical agent.
